All of the items sold by The Socks Emporium are guaranteed to be authentic, in new condition and inspected by careful quality control. In addition we offer a 100% guarantee that if you're in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered we will exchange them or give you a full refund for the items, provided that you return them to us in their original condition and packaging, unused/unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact.

We will happily accept returns until January 8th on purchases made between November 15th - 25th December.

The Socks Emporium offer an 14 day refund period. All returns must be raised via the returns request form below within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns are normally delivered to us within 4 working days after sending and then refunds processed within 1 - 3 working days. Refunds are only processed when the return arrives at the warehouse.
When returning the goods a full refund, including the cost of outgoing postage will be refunded.
*The returns request form below must be used and postage via our method will be emailed to you once approved. (If you paid for the order by credit/ debit card, Paypal or Apple pay, any charges will be deducted from your refund.)
If this method is not used we will not refund any postage costs you pay.

Refunds/Returns on Specific Goods
For reasons of health and hygiene, we cannot offer refunds on grooming products or pierced jewellery. Underwear, tights and stockings may only be returned if the hygiene seal has not been removed.
